Each Friday, we'll "flashback" to see the ins and outs from our 2017 event. Enjoy! We are lucky each year to have community partners who show off what they are doing in our community through exhibits in the gathering spaces of the theater. This year, we also had an exclusive exhibit in the art gallery featuring work by LSU students and professors.

Well...not if Lauren Pharr has anything to say about it. With a PhD from LSU's Department of Geography and Anthropology, she not only loves turkey vultures, she's made a career out of studying them. In particular, she studies they way the large birds scavenge for dead things, mainly animals and sometimes humans. Her techniques and insight have led her to become a huge asset for investigators as they try to solve murder cases. Want to learn more?
