Jay Ducote knows coffee. When he's not enjoying a cup from a local Baton Rouge coffee shop, he might just be in the Dominican Republic helping farmers grow it or roasting his own brew at a local roasting company.
With degrees from LSU in political science and economics, it makes perfect sense for him to be an expert in the food and beverage industry....right?? Well, yeah. That's exactly what he's become after his experience with food blogging, hosting a food radio show, and even competing on multiple cooking T.V. shows.
His upcoming projects include developing more food products, opening his first restaurant and traveling the world to share his message that "everything global is local somewhere." Check out Jay's 2017 talk below!
